Florida Dive Company provides scuba diving lessons near DeLand, FL. Our scuba diving courses are offered under the direction of a certified diving instructor. We’re conveniently located for residents residing in Daytona Beach, DeBary, Orange City, Lake Helen and surrounding Volusia County, FL communities.
Have you ever wanted to take scuba diving classes? You have the unique opportunity, living so close to the Atlantic Ocean, to explore the under-water habitats with fantastic clarity. Upon completion of our scuba diving class, you will be certified for scuba diving with a PADI professional diver down to a maximum depth of 40 feet. You can enroll in additional scuba diving classes to earn an Open Water Diver Certification.
During our scuba diving class, you will learn basic scuba diving principles and be immersed in both open and confined water dives. As a certified diver, you will have the confidence to enjoy a safe, fun, and memorable scuba diving experience.

We offer adventure, professional, specialty, and first responder diver lessons. Our other diving classes include Advanced Open Water Diver, Master Scuba Diver, and Rescue Diver. A refresher course is also available for divers that want to renew their certification.
If you don’t have personal diving gear, you can purchase it on-site. We also offer discounts on scuba diving gear packages. Rentals are also available for selected gear and equipment.
