Drift Diver

Course Information: 

The drift diver specialty allows a diver to drift in a large area without expending too much energy.  Staying neutrally buoyant, you get to enjoy your environment as you drift with the natural flow of the waters current. 
You will learn how to enter and exit drifts, what to do if you get caught in a drift and wish to get out, how to exit a drift if you want to explore or see something special.  

Course Prerequisites: 

• SDI Open Water Scuba Diver, SDI Junior Open Water Scuba Diver, or equivalent
• Minimum age 18, 10 with parental consent

• Gear: (BCD, Regulator Set, Wetsuit, Weights ) is not included however is available if needed at an additional cost. We are happy to accommodate your rental needs.
• Transportation to Training Locations or Dive Sites
