Blue Spring State Park Closes all water activity and access annually each year from November-April due to manatee protections during our winter months!

Recognized as one of Florida's top freshwater diving and snorkeling destinations, Blue Spring State Park offers a truly unforgettable underwater experience, and Florida Dive Company is proud to be the exclusive, provider of guided dive and snorkel tours within the park. This exclusive partnership means our guests enjoy guaranteed park entry, even on days when general admission reaches capacity.

Your adventure begins with a scenic walk along Blue Spring’s iconic boardwalk, leading to our dedicated diver staging area. Reserved exclusively for our guests, this shaded space is outfitted with benches and provides a convenient location for assembling your gear. It’s just a short walk from the diver entry point at the spring head.

From there, you'll begin a relaxing drift dive downstream, where you may encounter native freshwater wildlife such as Catfish, Largemouth Bass, Brim, Gar, Turtles, and occasionally West Indian Manatees (wildlife sightings are seasonal and not guaranteed). The spring’s constant 72°F / 22°C temperature and crystal-clear visibility make it ideal for both new and experienced divers. Plus, our guided tours are perfect for families, offering a shared experience for both divers and snorkelers to enjoy together.

Important Notes About Our Blue Spring Satellite Location

While our satellite operation inside Blue Spring State Park provides access to world-class diving, it's important for guests to understand the following:

• This location is not a full-service dive shop. It is focused solely on operating guided dive and snorkel tours.

• Walk-up bookings are welcomed, based on availability. However, we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot and take advantage of Guaranteed Entry.

• Gear rentals are available, but only when booked as part of a guided tour. We do not rent equipment independently or for self-guided use at this time.

• Retail dive sales, tank fills, and standalone equipment services are not offered on-site. These services are available at our main dive center and should be arranged separately outside the park.
  

We encourage all guests to plan accordingly and allow ample time to arrive, check in, and prepare for their tour. While your reservation includes guaranteed entry into the park, weekends, holidays, and peak summer days can still result in traffic congestion or delays at the park entrance due to high visitor volume. Please plan to arrive early and allow additional time to get through the front gate and into the park. This will ensure a smooth and stress-free start to your diving or snorkeling adventure.
