The impact of COVID-19 has still had an impact for many shipping carriers which possibly results in some packages taking longer than usual to arrive to our customers. Rest assured we are still processing your orders within 3-5 days. This is impacting all carriers.
Our ask of you, PLEASE watch the tracking number provided to you at time of order. Some packages are saying delivered, but not actually showing up until a few days later or even a week later. Sometimes they are being delivered to a neighbors house (which is frustrating and not ideal, we know). We ask that you give an extra 1-2 weeks for your packages to arrive.

Processing time for online orders is 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times in the United States varies between 3-5 days. At this time we are only shipping within the United States.
Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time frame may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that are affected by transfers between originating shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to the local recipient carrier via air or ground transportation due to strikes or delays or other uncontrollable circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Packages - Updated August 2022
Ownership of packages is turned over to the buyer once shipped and a tracking number has been generated. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. PLEASE ensure you enter in your ship to address correctly. Shipping and your order is a service you purchase from us, so any shipping issues must be handled between the buyer and the carrier directly.
