Return & Refund Policy

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF PRODUCTS

All unused products, except for perishable items such as absorbent, oxygen sensors, air/enriched air/tri-mix, etc, may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.  Products for refund or exchange must include their original packaging and be in perfectly new and unused condition.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Used or sale items

* Custom/Special orders or discontinued products

* Custom masks with optical lenses

* Sunscreen, Hair products, Lip Balm, lotions etc...

* Dive Computers & Transmitters

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

NOTE:  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer even if it was shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.

Partial refunds are granted under limited circumstances solely at the discretion of Florida Dive Company

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the returned product meets the conditions as stated above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 business days.

NOTE: All refunds are subject to a 5% restocking fee and the initial shipping cost.

If the return doesn’t meet the above conditions, we will return the item to you (at your shipping expense) if you so desire.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Any item may be exchanged for any in-stock item of equal or lesser value within 14 days. If you wish to exchange for an item of greater value, we will apply the amount of the item being exchanged, and you may pay the remaining balance, including shipping if applicable, by any accepted payment method. Florida Dive Company will notify buyer via email once the exchanged item has been received and processed.

Refunds for Training Fees

Training Fees are not eligible for a refund. When you pay your invoice and/or schedule your training you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to others, as well as reserving an Instructors time.

Training dates may be rescheduled under limited circumstances solely at the discretion of Florida Dive Company. If rescheduling is granted an additional fee of $150.00 is required.


Private Adventure Guide or Scuba Discovery CANCELLATION POLICY


Cancel at least 30 days prior to class date to receive a full refund and/or reschedule at no charge. To cancel Adventure Guide or Scuba Discovery dates or request a reschedule an email must be sent to Florida Dive Company at info@floridadivecompany.com

Any cancellation within 30 days can be rescheduled for a $50 rescheduling fee or refunded as a Florida Dive Company eGift card. Must be rescheduled within 90 days from date of cancellation if space is available. To reschedule or request an eGift card, an email must be sent to Florida Dive Company at info@floridadivecompany.com.

Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

No refunds will be issued for seasickness, weather, inability to complete skills etc.

 

Group Dives

All group dives are non-refundable. By booking a group dive you are holding a space that on no longer available to others.

Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once the charter is out, no refunds will be issued for seasickness, weather, etc.

 

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME


Late arrivals for any diving related reservations may eliminate your ability for entry into dive location and/or reduce the amount of time spent with your Instructor and will NOT be subject to any refunds.
