TDI Decompression Procedures Diver
Course Information:
This course examines the theory, methods, and procedures of planned stage decompression diving. This program is designed as a stand-alone course, or it may be taught in conjunction with TDI Advanced Nitrox. The objective of this course is to train divers how to plan and conduct a standard staged decompression dive not exceeding a maximum depth of 45 Metres/150 Feet. The most common equipment requirements, equipment set-up and decompression techniques are presented. Students are permitted to utilize enriched air nitrox (EAN) mixes or oxygen for decompression provided the gas mix is within their current certification level. TDI Advanced Nitrox may be combined with this course at the discretion of the instructor.
Course Prerequisites:
- Minimum age 18
- Minimum certification of SDI Advanced Adventure Diver, Advanced Diver, or equivalent.
- Minimum certification of TDI Nitrox Diver, or equivalent.
- Show proof of 25 logged open water dives.
- If this course is taught in conjunction with the TDI Advanced Nitrox course, the minimum age is 18.

- Personal Gear: Scuba Quality Mask, Fins, Snorkel, Boots, Surface Marker Buoy (SMB)
- Gear: (BCD, Regulator Set, Wetsuit, Weights, Tanks, Fills ) is not included however is available if needed at an additional cost. We are happy to accommodate your rental needs.
